      Before you get in touch

      What should I include in my enquiry?

      The sector, an estimated quantity, target timing and any brand requirements. A rough idea is enough; we refine it together.

      Can you work from our own specification?

      Yes. Share a tech pack or reference shirt, or start from one of the programmes above and adjust it.

      How do you handle sizing across a team?

      We agree a size range and fit with you up front, so one programme covers everyone on the team.

      Can we reorder the same shirt later?

      Approved samples and specifications are kept as the reference, so reorders match the original.

      How we handle your data

      When you send a request we store the details you enter (name, email, optional phone and preferred contact method, quantity, timing and the project you refer to) so we can reply to you.

      We also record the time, your browser type and a one-way hash of your IP address to protect the form against abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.

      Data is stored in the EU. Your enquiry is not used for marketing without a separate consent.

      Cookies: the site sets one essential cookie (hhs_consent) to remember your cookie choice. Optional cookies for statistics or marketing are off unless you allow them, and you can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
